Users are automatically enrolled in EchoShip Rewards the first time they book a shipment on EchoShip. After the invoice is paid, the user will receive a welcome email from EchoShipRewards- NoReply@echo.com. How do I access the EchoShip Rewards platform? If you are on the EchoShip platform, there is an EchoShip Rewards button found on the top right corner. As a reminder, EchoShip and EchoShip Rewards have separate logins, so make sure you set up an EchoShip Rewards account to access the platform. You can also find a link to sign in on the EchoShip Rewards page of Echo.com How do I earn points? Points are earned for every shipment booked on EchoShip. Every $1 spent equates to one point on EchoShip Rewards. LTL and truckload shipments booked on EchoShip are eligible for points. The 'Sales' tab on the EchoShip Rewards platform shows you a breakdown of the shipments you've earned points for. What can I do with my points? Points can be redeemed from a catalog of over 10,000 items. Rewards include shipping discounts, Echo branded swag, and additional must-have items like electronics, jewelry, tools, books, and more! My password isn't working, what do I do now? EchoShip Rewards and EchoShip have separate logins. If you are having trouble accessing your account, you can reset it on the EchoShip Rewards login page. If you are still having trouble, please reach out to EchoShipRewards@echo.com for support. My points aren't showing up, did I lose them? Points are only earned for loads booked on the EchoShip platform. Points will show as 'pending' until the invoice is paid. Once payment is received, your points will show in your account balance.
