All rights reserved. 075814090124 800.354.7993 | echo.com Exclusions and Limitations Exclusions and Limitations • Up to $1,000,000 max for LTL Shipments • Higher limits available upon request • World to World coverage subject to excluded countries Coverage Details: • Suitable packaging is required • Wear and tear on used items not covered • Concealed Damage claims require timely reporting • 15 Days to report for Concealed Damage • 270 Days to report for Rough Handling, Loss, and Shortage Important Reminders: • Amount of invoice plus freight if declared (plus 10% if declared) • Fair Market, or Actual Cash Value, if no invoice Valuation: Excluded Commodities: • Accounts, bills, cash, checks, COD payments, currency, evidence of debt, money orders • Automobiles/Motorcycles (defined as licensed road worthy vehicles), sailboats, motorized boats, yachts • Bulk cargo (defined as loose dry or liquid cargo that is transported unpackaged or non-containerized) • Coins, gold, silver, and other precious metals • Fine art/original art valued at over $20,000 per piece • Flowers, plants • Fresh foods/produce (excepting frozen foods in reefer trailers) • Gemstones (loose stones) • Grandfather/grandmother clocks • Live animals • Models (including but not limited to: ships, cars, airplanes and architectural) • Neon items • Perishable goods or similar property (when not carried or stored in a temperature- controlled environment) • Pharmaceutical drugs • Plate/flat glass, windows • Raw cotton • Securities, tickets, deeds, notes, gift cards, manuscripts, other negotiable papers and documents • Used engines/motors Total Insured Value: $0 USD to $10,000 USD $10,000.01 USD to $25,000 USD $25,000.01 USD to $100,000 USD Greater than $100,000.01 USD Deductible: $0 USD $500 USD $1,000 USD 2% of Total Insured Value LTL Deductibles: • Electronics (including LCD monitors, televisions, mobile phones, handheld electronic devices, laptops, tables and similar items); fragile goods (including but not limited to glass, ceramic, marble, granite, tiles, pottery and similar items); hazardous items; firearms; ammunition; and household goods must be packaged in accordance with applicable law and professionally packaged or in new original manufacturer packaging. • Hemp and Hemp Products cannot be transported through territories where the products are illegal. • Reefer/Temp Controlled Goods coverage excludes spoilage and/or decay and/or change in temperature and/or deterioration unless caused by or resulting from breakdown or derangement or stoppage of refrigerating machinery and/or refrigerating plant and/or insulation provided such breakdown, derangement, or stoppage continues for not less than 4 consecutive hours for domestic shipments and not less than 24 consecutive hours for international shipments as evidenced by the engineer's or other appropriate log or by an accurate temperature recording device.
