All rights reserved. 042413191125 800.354.7993 | www.echo.com Exclusions and Limitations Exclusions and Limitations Excluded Commodities: • Accounts, bills, cash, checks, COD payments, currency, evidence of debt, money orders • Automobiles/Motorcycles (defined as licensed road worthy vehicles), sailboats, motorized boats, yachts • Bulk cargo (defined as loose dry or liquid cargo that is transported unpackaged or non-containerized) • Coins, gold, silver, and other precious metals • Fine art/original art valued at over $20,000 per piece • Flowers, plants • Fresh foods/produce (excepting frozen foods in reefer trailers) • Gemstones (loose stones) • Grandfather/grandmother clocks • Live animals • Models (including but not limited to: ships, cars, airplanes and architectural) • Neon items • Perishable goods or similar property (when not carried or stored in a temperature- controlled environment) • Pharmaceutical drugs • Plate/flat glass, windows • Raw cotton • Securities, tickets, deeds, notes, gift cards, manuscripts, other negotiable papers and documents • Used engines/motors • Cash and financial instruments documents, negotiable documents or instruments, monies of every description, securities, bonds, bullion, stamps, credit and debit cards including telephone calling cards • Live animals/plants, living creatures and life forms of any type (other than livestock and flowers which are not excluded) • Luxury Goods, Furs, precious stones, jewelry, high-value watches, perfumes, antiques, and art, tobacco, or tobacco product • Pharmaceuticals, narcotics/narcotic-based substances, including but not limited to Marijuana, CBD, and THC; except for CBD Products shipped domestically in the US that do not exceed 0.3 percent of THC • Satellites, nuclear fuel, explosives, firearms, ammunition, Used Household Goods, and Personal Effects (other than vehicles and vessels) • Tech Goods, mobile telephones (Including their accessories) Excluded Commodities: EchoSameDay is exclusively available through EchoShip for same-day LTL. • Premium Rate: $0.27 per $100 of shipment value • Coverage Minimum: Coverage begins at $22.55, equal to approximately $8,000 in declared shipment value • Deductible: $100 deductible per claim • Up to $100,000 in total insured value available for EchoSameDay LTL shipments • Additional coverage amounts available upon request Coverage Details:
