EchoDrive is Echo's self-service carrier portal that provides carriers with more flexibility, transparency and control. EchoDrive gives carriers real-time access to search, bid, and book available loads. From load details to invoice updates, EchoDrive puts all the information you need in one simple, easy-to-use portal. Our load management tool keeps dispatchers organized and gets drivers back on the road. What type of freight can I find today in EchoDrive? Currently carriers are able to find truckload freight across Van, Refrigerated, and Flatbed shipments. Shipments that require both drop trailer and live loading / unloading are available How big is Echo's shipper network? Echo supports the multi-modal needs of over 35,000 shippers / manufacturers, who ship over 18,000 shipments per day. Echo is moving freight daily across the continental 48 states, along with cross-border freight in Mexico and Canada. EchoDrive is a great way for carriers of all sizes to get direct access to this freight. Can I submit bids on EchoDrive? Yes, the EchoDrive portal allows you to accelerate the bidding process by receiving instant acceptance or counter-offer on bids placed through the web portal, allowing you to operate more efficiently and spend less time negotiating over the phone or email with a representative. What if I have specific lanes I run more often than others? With EchoDrive's Preferred lanes functionality, you have the power to identify your favorite lanes and streamline your searches. Once identified, EchoDrive will analyze your preferred lane settings and search history to provide load results that match your preferences. Where can I see reload opportunities? Users have the visibility to view Reload opportunities via the Suggested Loads board for shipments booked with Echo. Once a shipment is booked, users automatically see Reload opportunities based on delivery information, destination, and date. Does EchoDrive have a mobile app? Yes! EchoDrive Mobile is compatible with both iOS and Android devices. Once the app is downloaded, follow the prompts to request access. Can I upload documents on EchoDrive? Yes, you can quickly and easily submit delivery documents via EchoDrive Mobile and Web Portal.
