• Concealed damage must be reported within 5 days of delivery
• Claims filed after 5 days (up to 60 days) will be reviewed only with proof of
transit-caused damage
• Claims filed 6+ days after a clean POD (no damage noted) may be void

Important Reminders:
• Amount of invoice plus freight if declared (plus 10% if declared)
• Fair Market, or Actual Cash Value, if no invoice
Valuation:
• Electronics (including LCD monitors, televisions, mobile phones, handheld electronic devices, laptops, tables and similar items);
fragile goods (including but not limited to glass, ceramic, marble, granite, tiles, pottery and similar items); hazardous items;
firearms; ammunition; and household goods must be packaged in accordance with applicable law and professionally packaged or
in new original manufacturer packaging.
• Hemp and Hemp Products cannot be transported through territories where the products are illegal.
• Reefer/Temp Controlled Goods coverage excludes spoilage and/or decay and/or change in temperature and/or deterioration
unless caused by or resulting from breakdown or derangement or stoppage of refrigerating machinery and/or refrigerating plant
and/or insulation provided such breakdown, derangement, or stoppage continues for not less than 4 consecutive hours for
domestic shipments and not less than 24 consecutive hours for international shipments as evidenced by the engineer's or other
appropriate log or by an accurate temperature recording device. Loss or damage due to delay is specifically excluded.
