Other possible reasons might be compliance issues, pending claims, inactivity, or technical issues. Please reach out to EchoDriveSupport@echo.com or your Echo representative to resolve. Why can't I use the Book Now or Automated Carrier Negotiation features on EchoDrive? Possible reasons: • You are a new Echo Carrier and must deliver one full Truckload shipment and submit POD before you have access to these features. • Cargo value of a shipment exceeds the cargo insurance value on the carrier's policy (High Value Shipments). • Shipment is a Targeted Commodity and requires TC-Approved Carriers • Two consecutive years of active authority • 15 loads w/ Echo over the last six months OR 50 loads within the last 24 months • Pass our TC Compliance verification process • To become an Echo TC-approved carrier, please reach out to your Echo Rep or EchoDrive Support • Technical issue • Basic Requirements: How can I search for loads on EchoDrive? • Users can search for available loads by entering the following information: • Specific City/State for Origin/Destination • State abbreviation code • Zone corresponding to the first digit of the zip code • Example: Z6 would search IL, KS, MO, and NE
