budget, but respondents appear to be indifferent about
or content with their current approaches.
Shippers are slightly more optimistic than all
respondents: 37% are somewhat confident compared to
33% overall. A plurality of respondents, both among all
participants (35%) and shippers only (34%), are neutral
about their confidence in their companies' transportation
forecasts and budgets for H1 2024.
